·   Led the Project Controls & Scheduling Organization for a complex, multi-billion dollar nuclear enrichment facility construction project.

o   Project Summary - Phase I:  $2.113 billion, within budget; Phase II: $1.090 billion, $17 million under budget and three months ahead of schedule; Phase III: $707 million, $35 million under budget and on schedule.

·   Revised and maintained P6 schedules which contained over 18,000 activities.

·   Introduced systematic Project management and Scheduling training. Trained over 80 employees in preparation for the PMP exam and over 50 employees in P6 scheduling.

·   Performed critical path and earned value management (EVM) analysis.

·   Introduced labor resource loading and resource analysis of schedules.
